Genesis Energy is often the organisation other organisations visit to learn from experiences in becoming a more adaptive firm. As the Retail Operating Model Architect, Sam has played a critical role in helping shape how work works at Genesis. He started at Genesis as a Scrum Master and has experienced the entire journey, from a handful of scrum teams to an adaptive operating model covering the entire retail business.

Outside of work you'll find him in the Far North; normally in the sea, either scuba diving or spearfishing.
