Rob is leader with a passion for transforming organizations and creating happier, healthier, and more productive ecosystems. Currently serving as the Head of Agile and Delivery at Countdown, Rob has had the privilege of guiding numerous teams there in improving their ways of working and organizational structures. With a strong coaching background, including working with organisations such as Air New Zealand, Les Mills International, Fonterra and many others, he brings a customer-centric and user-centred design approach to his work, emphasising the importance of delivering real value to customers.

Beyond his corporate endeavours, Rob is a father of two amazing teenagers and is also as one of New Zealand's two AIDA Master Freediving instructors.  Not to worry though, Rob has yet to include breath holding into any of his talks.
