Nathan grew up in Ōtautahi/Christchurch. Like many Māori, he was not brought up in an environment where his Māori lineage and knowledge would thrive. Since 2005 he has dedicated his life to helping people, and companies, realise their full potential by focusing on talent and capability. His the founder and CEO of Rea - a digital platform that supercharges people around the world through education & connects them to well-paid, skilled employment.  Rea’s impact goal is to help increase the median income for Maori, Pasifika & other disenfranchised peoples by atleast 20% by 2050.
