Lloyd Mander
Founder, DOT Scorecard

Lloyd leads research and training consultancy DOT Scorecard. He works with groups including leadership teams and boards to help them understand their cognitive diversity, especially how they can improve their decision-making when faced with complex challenges and opportunities.

He serves on the board of the Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust and is the chair of the Trust’s Audit and Risk committee. Lloyd is also chair of hearing healthcare provider Bellbird Hearing and an advisory committee member for St Georges Hospital Society.

He has previously held governance, or advisory roles for organisations involved with innovation, healthcare, transport and chemical process engineering. Lloyd is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and represents this organisation as the chair of the Institute’s Canterbury Branch Committee and as a National Council representative. He holds Masters Degrees in Audiology and Business Administration.
