For over 20 years Edwin has played an instrumental role inshaping the agile and adaptive movement in NZ.  He has worked with many globalthought-leaders, including Scrum creators Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber. Heis an inspirational leader and mentor to many.

He has run businesses through periods of major disruption:the Christchurch Earthquake, the Global Financial Crisis and more recently theCOVID pandemic. In each case he has used disruption as an opportunity tothrive.

Outside of work he can be found growing his family’s foodand out on the ocean fishing with his boys.
